1. Shubham’s products are non-returnable due to hygiene / health and personal care / wellness / consumable nature of the product.
2. Risk of loss and the title for such items pass to the customer, when the goods are delivered to the carrier. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address, etc) any extra cost incurred by the company for re-delivery shall be claimed from the Customer placing the order. No request for cancellation of orders once duly placed on the site, shall be entertained.
3. If the recipient is not available at the designated address, the courier shall make reasonable effort to deliver the goods at the designated address, however, if he fails to locate the delivery then goods shall be re-delivered at the delivery cost of the customer..
4. In order to provide good service and timely delivery of goods, please provide us your correct Pin-Code and Phone number. If you want to change the shipping address you have specified on placing the order, you can send us an e-mail and the company will accommodate the changes only if the goods have not been dispatched from our warehouse.
5. In case you would like a refund or replacement, please send us an email with the Images of the Product, Invoice, Inner & Outer Packaging and Batch Number to customercare@shubhamhomeopathy.com, within 24 hours of the order delivery. We would require 48-72 hours to revert.
6. Kindly take a picture and video of the damaged/tampered side of the product or package.
7. Please allow us 10 to 15 days from the day you return your package, for your request to be processed. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
8. You will be eligible for full refund or exchange without incurring any additional charges if it is the case of:• Damaged or broken bottles/pack.
• Wrong product delivery.
• Expired product delivery.
9. In case you received a wrong product, we request you to keep the product safe, saleable and undamaged in its original packaging. Retain the invoice and original manufacturer’s packaging for successful pick-up and return.
10. Returns will not be accepted if:
• The product is damaged.
• It is without an invoice.
• It is with tampered batch number and price
• It is without its original packaging.
11. Please do not use the item you have raised a complaint about.
12. If a pilfered delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made within 24 hours of the order delivery.
13. Products once delivered, will not be applicable for a refund if it falls under any of the scenarios stated below:
i. Failure to provide adequate information about the case.
ii. Failure to provide snapshots of the Invoice, packet and box (if any).
14. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy. Please note that orders for Festive Gift boxes are not applicable for exchange or refund. Exchange of products due to allergic reactions is not applicable.
